Southern Black Playwrights Lab

MOJOAA Performing Arts Company and SMartworks Studio are proud to offer the second Southern Black Playwrights Lab. This lab is presented specifically for the growth and development of Southern Black Playwrights. Each month, two selected playwrights will have 3 free 1 hour sessions  with a dramaturg. Select participants will be invited to be featured on two episodes of Red Clay Plays Podcast; one episode a recorded reading and the other an interview with the Playwright. The Podcast will be shared online and can be used by the playwright to promote their work.
